InnQuest Australia is totally committed to ensuring that each user is fully satisfied with the product and gets the most from it.

Our aim is to provide you with a facility to feel free to discuss any problem or any issue relating to the use of roomMaster without the concern about how much money each call is costing you.

We also want to provide you with the comfort of knowing that you can benefit from the continual development that occurs, so your software always remains state of the art. With this in mind, InnQuest Australia is pleased to offer all Clients a full software support service option which includes all future updates at no further cost, although there may from time to time be a nominal charge for Version Changes, (upgrades) as well as unlimited telephone support, admittance to training seminars and much more.

InnQuest Australia provides two options for support to our roomMaster clients:

Standard Support

  • HOURS OF AVAILABILTY: 7am until 7pm Monday to Friday AEST/AEDT*
  • TELEPHONE SUPPORT: 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday, unlimited calls.
  • COST: $120.00 per month (Invoiced in advance)
  • An additional 15 free calls per calendar year, which may be used between 7pm and 11pm AEST/AEDT* Monday to Friday or any time on weekends/public holidays between 7am and 11pm AEST/AEDT*. All calls between 11pm and 7am AEST, any day, will be charged at a minimum of $100.00 per call.
  • UPGRADES: 20% discount on Version changes. Upgrades within a version are free of charge.
  • EXTRA MODULES: 20% discount off normal retail prices **
  • TRAINING: 20% discount off normal retail prices **
  • WEBINAR SESSIONS: Free access to information webinars hosted by InnQuest Software
